What Is NCIAR?
The North Central Indiana Association of REALTORS® (NCIAR) represents approximately 200 REALTORS® who are involved in many aspects related to the sale, purchase, exchange, or lease of real property in Indiana.
NCAIR is a unified board here to strengthen the integrity and professionalism of our REALTOR® members and for the purpose of protecting and serving our community.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest levels of integrity and trust throughout the process. We love what we do and work by a Code of Ethics that drives everything we do.

Professional Standards
REALTORS® agree as a condition of membership to arbitrate contractual disputes and specific non-contractual disputes as provided for in Article 17 of the NAR Code of Ethics.
