With more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michelle Stenstrom serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Indiana Association of REALTORS®. She began her association career in MLS operations and member support, developing a strong foundation in service, problem-solving, and the day-to-day needs of real estate professionals. Today, she leads NCIAR with a focus on collaboration, communication, and creating meaningful opportunities for its members and community. Michelle is an e-PRO and a 2026 graduate of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.

Michelle and her husband, Andy, are proud parents of four children. Their three adult sons are building lives in Indianapolis, at Purdue University, and soon in Spain, while seven-year-old Grace keeps life busy and fun at home. When they have time to themselves, Michelle and Andy enjoy taking their Harley out for a ride.

Shaylin brings three years of experience as a Legal Assistant and Deputy Auditor, with a background in legal, administrative, and public-sector environments. She earned her bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a minor in Criminal Justice. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources.

Outside of work, Shaylin enjoys time with her husband, Bailey, their son, Alister, and her stepdaughter, Delilah. She also enjoys reading, solving puzzles, and learning something new. Shaylin is excited to join the team, learn new programs and processes, and contribute, collaborate, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
