September is REALTOR® Safety Month!
Join NCIAR for a practical REALTOR® Safety Class led by Dan Burch of Hoosier State Training LLC.
Real estate professionals regularly meet unfamiliar people, enter vacant properties, and work alone. This training will provide practical strategies to help you recognize potential threats, strengthen your situational awareness, and stay prepared while working in the field.
In This Training, You’ll Learn:
• The physiological and psychological effects of a critical incident
• How situational awareness can help keep you safe
• Techniques to develop and enhance situational awareness
• Personal safety resources and practical strategies
