I have been with Remax 23 years helping buyers & sellers negotiate the best price & terms.  My experience & problem solving skills have come in handy nearly a 1000 times over the years as almost every real estate transaction has some type of issue that comes up such as inspection issues, appraisal problems, title issues, financing delays or lender issues that I will guide you through to ensure that your experience is as smooth as stress-free as possible.  Many times I take care of these issues behind the scenes that you won’t even notice.

The areas I specialize in selling homes in are Plymouth, Argos, Culver, Bremen, Rochester,  Bourbon, South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Knox, Walkerton, and the surrounding areas.   I have lived in Plymouth and Granger and currently live in Culver Indiana but speciaize in Marshall, Fulton, St Joseph & Elkhart County and the surrounding counties and know all of the areas well.

I started out as Team DeMont with my mom, Sharon DeMont, who was a Realtor for 30 years with RE/MAX who is now retired. Recently my daughter, Hannah DeMont, has received her Real Estate License too as my family knows Real Estate. My Father, Edwin DeMont, was a Real Estate developer and developed Fairfield Farms in Plymouth, Indiana.

I have earned a Masters degree in Internet Marketing at Full Sail University to help enhance my marketing mix of online advertising through Targeting online ads on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google and now ChatGPT and other Ai online services.  I earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation which only about 3% of Realtors have taken the time to advance their education and skills as it’s required to have 150 transactions and 30 additional hours of education than your typical Realtor.

An advantage of working with a CRS Agent like myself is that I am experienced, educated, have good negotiating skills, have integrity and be available and have good communication skills.
